1. 协议范围与接受1. Scope and acceptance

1.1 本协议约定您使用 CoherentStudio（以下简称“我们”）提供的更好读（英文名 Parse）及相关 Safari 扩展的规则。目前公开提供的产品面向 iPhone 与 iPad；功能、兼容性与购买方案以您安装的已发布版本及购买时说明为准，未上架平台或测试功能不视为已经提供的服务。1.1 These terms govern your use of Parse and its Safari extension provided by CoherentStudio (“we”). The publicly available product currently serves iPhone and iPad. Features, compatibility and plans depend on the released version and purchase disclosures. Unreleased platforms and test features are not treated as already available services.

1.2 通过 App Store 获得的软件许可，在未另行提供适用的有效自定义许可时，适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。本协议补充产品使用规则，不替代 Apple 的许可、支付条款或您依法享有的权利。您应具备相应民事行为能力并满足 App Store、内容来源与第三方服务的年龄要求；依法需要时须取得监护人同意。不同意本协议时，请停止使用。1.2 The software license for an App Store copy follows the Apple Standard EULA unless a valid applicable custom license is provided. These terms supplement product use and do not replace Apple’s licensing/payment terms or your legal rights. You must have the necessary legal capacity, meet App Store, content and provider age requirements, and obtain guardian consent where required. Stop using the product if you do not agree.

2. 工具功能与使用条件2. Features and requirements

2.1 Parse 是通用文字阅读与排版工具，可对支持网页提取正文、调整阅读布局、连续阅读、管理书架、进度、书签和笔记，并在版本支持时提供本地文件导入、离线保存、听书、云端书库连接与自定义解析。基本阅读无需注册开发者账号。Safari 功能需要您启用扩展并授予相关网站权限；局域网连接、文件导入等功能可能需要相应系统授权。2.1 Parse is a general text-reading and layout tool for supported webpages, continuous reading, library/progress management, bookmarks and notes. Supported versions may also provide local imports, offline saving, listening, cloud-library connections and custom parsing. Basic reading requires no developer account. Safari features require the enabled extension and site access; local-network access and file imports may require relevant system permissions.

2.2 我们不提供、运营或分发第三方网站、书源或作品资源库，不因为您可以使用某项工具功能而保证相关内容可合法获取。界面中出现的第三方名称、链接或服务兼容性说明，不代表合作、授权或背书。2.2 We do not provide, operate or distribute third-party sites, book sources or repositories of works. Availability of a tool does not establish that content may lawfully be obtained. Third-party names, links and compatibility descriptions do not imply partnership, authorization or endorsement.

3. 内容来源、版权与合法使用3. Content, copyright and lawful use

3.1 您应仅访问、导入、阅读和保存自己有权使用的内容，并遵守适用法律、来源网站规则与权利人许可。可访问网页、下载成功或成功解析，不意味着取得复制、传播、商用或其他版权许可。应保留必要的作者署名、来源与版权信息。3.1 Access, import, read and save only content you are entitled to use, following applicable law, site rules and rights-holder permissions. Accessible pages, successful downloads or parsing do not grant reproduction, distribution, commercial-use or other copyright rights. Preserve required authorship, source and copyright notices.

3.2 不得利用本产品绕过付费、登录、验证码、访问控制或版权保护措施，盗用认证凭据，侵犯隐私，进行未经授权的批量获取，或以高频请求干扰服务。离线保存用于合法授权范围内的个人阅读；不得未经授权上传、分享、转售、重新发布或以其他方式传播保存内容，也不得据此建立侵权资源分发服务。3.2 Do not bypass payment, sign-in, CAPTCHAs, access controls or copyright protections, misuse credentials, invade privacy, perform unauthorized bulk retrieval or disrupt services through excessive requests. Offline saving is for personal reading within lawful authorization. Do not upload, share, resell, republish or otherwise distribute saved content without authorization, or use it to operate an infringing distribution service.

3.3 若发现可能侵权或违法的来源内容，请停止相关使用并联系来源网站或适当机构。涉及 Parse 自身功能、素材或使用边界的权利问题，可通过联系邮箱向我们提供必要的来源地址、问题说明与权利依据；请避免附送无关的敏感资料。3.3 If source material may be infringing or unlawful, stop the relevant use and contact its operator or an appropriate body. For rights concerns about Parse’s features, materials or use boundaries, email the necessary source URL, explanation and basis of rights, without unrelated sensitive information.

4. 自定义规则与 AI 辅助4. Custom rules and AI assistance

4.1 自定义规则用于定位您有权访问的页面元素和整理阅读布局。导入前请核实规则来源、适用站点和请求地址；错误或不可信配置可能造成误解析、意外请求或隐私风险。当前 AI 辅助流程由您将提示词或所采集材料提供给自行选择的 AI，再导入结果；我们不代您选择接收方，也不保证 AI 输出准确、完整或可安全执行。4.1 Custom rules locate elements of pages you are authorized to access and organize reading layout. Verify origins, supported sites and request destinations before import; incorrect or untrusted settings can cause parsing errors, unintended requests or privacy risks. In the current AI-assisted flow, you provide prompts or captured material to an AI you choose, then import its results. We do not choose recipients for you or guarantee accurate, complete or safe AI output.

4.2 请先核实您有权向外部服务提供材料，并检查、验证返回规则后再保存使用。结构校验通过不代表规则合法、内容正确或网站始终兼容。AI 服务的收费、保留及训练规则由您所选服务决定；Parse Pro 不包含第三方 AI 额度。4.2 Verify your authority to share materials and review and validate returned rules before saving or using them. Passing structural checks does not establish legality, factual accuracy or lasting site compatibility. Your AI provider determines its charges, retention and training practices. Parse Pro does not include third-party AI credits.

5. 免费功能与 Pro 权益5. Free features and Pro entitlements

5.1 产品可提供免费功能，以及通过订阅或一次性买断解锁的 Parse Pro（更好读 Pro）权益，例如更多书架收藏、离线下载或规则解析。具体免费额度、付费范围、适用版本和限制以当前 App 与购买页的明确说明为准；请在确认购买前核对。Pro 仅解锁本产品的工具权益，不包含第三方网站会员、书籍、内容版权、网盘空间、网络流量或其他服务费用。5.1 The product may offer free features and Parse Pro entitlements unlocked by subscription or a one-time purchase, such as additional library capacity, offline downloads or rule parsing. Check the current app and purchase disclosures for quotas, paid scope, supported versions and limits before buying. Pro unlocks product tools, not third-party site memberships, books, content rights, cloud storage, connectivity or other provider charges.

5.2 一次性买断属于非消耗型购买，不自动续费，可按 Apple 规则恢复符合条件的已购权益。它不构成第三方内容或服务永久可用的保证，也不自动包含另行说明的独立产品。免费与付费功能变更涉及已购权益时，我们将依法说明并处理，不排除您对既有购买依法享有的权利。5.2 A one-time purchase is non-consumable, does not auto-renew and can restore eligible entitlements under Apple’s rules. It does not guarantee permanent availability of third-party content or services or automatically include separately described products. Changes affecting purchased entitlements will be explained and handled under applicable law without excluding rights attached to existing purchases.

6. 订阅、恢复与退款6. Subscriptions, restoration and refunds

6.1 价格、币种、周期和试用资格以 Apple 确认购买时展示为准。自动续订方案会持续续订直至取消，续订计费按 Apple 规则办理；如不希望试用后续费，请至少在试用结束前 24 小时取消。您可在 Apple 账户订阅设置中管理或取消，详见 Apple 取消订阅说明。删除 App 或本机数据不会取消订阅。6.1 Apple’s purchase confirmation shows price, currency, term and trial eligibility. Auto-renewing plans continue until canceled and renew under Apple’s billing rules. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want it to renew. Manage plans in Apple Account subscription settings; see Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription.

6.2 您可使用 App 的恢复购买入口核验同一 Apple 账户下可恢复的权益；账户、网络或验证异常可能影响恢复。取消订阅不等于退款。退款可通过 Apple 问题报告申请，是否符合条件及处理结果依 Apple 规则和适用消费者保护法律确定，详见 退款说明。6.2 Use Restore Purchases to check eligible entitlements for the same Apple Account; account, network or verification issues may affect restoration. Cancellation is not a refund. Request refunds through Apple’s problem-reporting service; eligibility and outcomes follow Apple’s rules and applicable consumer-protection law. See refund guidance.

7. 第三方连接与费用7. Third-party connections and costs

7.1 连接网站、云盘、WebDAV、OPDS、SMB/CIFS 等服务时，您应确认服务地址、账户、文件访问权限和服务条款，仅使用获授权的凭据。第三方运营者决定内容、配额、价格和可用地区；其规则、接口、认证或服务变化可能使连接、目录或下载不可用。第三方费用与 Parse 的购买分别计算。7.1 For sites, cloud drives, WebDAV, OPDS, SMB/CIFS and similar services, verify destinations, accounts, file permissions and terms, and use only authorized credentials. Providers determine content, quotas, prices and service regions. Changes to rules, APIs, authentication or service availability may interrupt connections, listings or downloads. Provider costs are separate from Parse purchases.

7.2 停止或取消本机任务不保证已发送的第三方请求同步停止，也不能撤回已传输的信息或保证免除第三方费用。您可以移除连接并在服务商账户中撤销授权；本机已经导入的文件需要另行管理。7.2 Stopping a local task does not guarantee that an accepted provider request stops simultaneously, recall transmitted information or eliminate provider charges. Remove connections and revoke access in provider accounts when needed; separately manage files already imported locally.

8. 本机数据与备份8. Local data and backups

8.1 书架、正文、笔记、规则和离线文件等主要由您在设备上管理。请谨慎执行删除、清理和卸载操作，并为重要资料保留合法、可用的备份。不同数据类别、Keychain、Safari 存储和系统备份可能各自保留，不应将某一次清理视为已经清除所有位置的数据。8.1 You primarily manage library items, text, notes, rules and offline files on your device. Take care with deletion, cleanup and uninstalling, and keep lawful, usable backups of important material. Data categories, Keychain, Safari storage and system backups can persist separately; one cleanup action should not be treated as erasing every copy.

8.2 连接云盘或导入 iCloud 文件不等同于提供整个书库的跨设备同步或开发者托管备份。我们不能保证来源内容长期可重新获取；设备故障、存储不足、误删或第三方服务变化可能影响资料。数据相关责任依法确定。8.2 Connecting a cloud drive or importing an iCloud file is not whole-library cross-device sync or developer-hosted backup. We cannot guarantee that source content remains available for re-download. Device failures, insufficient storage, accidental deletion and provider changes can affect material. Responsibilities concerning data are determined by applicable law.

9. 知识产权与隐私9. Intellectual property and privacy

9.1 Parse 的软件、界面、品牌及我们提供的素材由我们或相应权利人享有权益；第三方开源组件遵循各自许可。您对合法导入的作品和个人资料享有的权利不会因使用本产品转移给我们。数据访问、使用、存储与删除的具体方式见 隐私政策；外部服务另适用其政策。9.1 Rights in Parse software, interface, branding and our materials belong to us or relevant rights holders; open-source components retain their licenses. Using the product does not transfer your rights in lawfully imported works or personal information to us. See the Privacy Policy for access, use, storage and deletion practices; external services have their own policies.

10. 兼容性与责任边界10. Compatibility and responsibility

10.1 解析与排版依赖网站结构、字体、系统、网络和访问条件；不保证适配所有站点、文件或语音资源，也不保证正文、目录、翻页与 AI 规则识别始终准确。请结合原文检查结果。网站改版、验证、接口限制、内容移除或系统变化可能导致延迟、失败或暂时不可用，我们会在合理范围内改进产品。10.1 Parsing and layout depend on site structure, fonts, system, network and access conditions. We do not guarantee support for every site, file or voice resource, or consistently accurate text extraction, chapter detection, pagination or AI rules. Check results against the source. Site changes, verification, API limits, content removal or system changes can cause delays, failures or interruptions; we will reasonably work to improve the product.

10.2 本协议中的可用性和风险说明不排除或限制适用法律不得排除的责任，不剥夺您依法享有的消费者、个人信息或其他强制性权利。条款部分无效或不适用时，其余条款在法律允许范围内继续有效。10.2 Availability and risk statements do not exclude or limit liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer, personal-information or other rights. If a provision is invalid or inapplicable, remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

11. 更新、停止使用与协议变更11. Updates, ending use and changes

11.1 我们可能为安全、兼容性、功能改进或法律要求更新产品与条款，并标明更新日期。对实质影响权益的变化，将适当通知并依法取得必要确认；涉及个人信息处理的变化还按隐私政策办理。您可停止使用、撤回权限、移除连接或卸载 App；已有购买、未取消的订阅、第三方已产生费用及依法应继续适用的义务按相应规则处理。11.1 We may update the product and terms for security, compatibility, improvement or legal requirements, showing an updated date. Material changes affecting rights will be appropriately notified and confirmed where required; privacy changes also follow the Privacy Policy. You may stop use, revoke access, remove connections or uninstall. Existing purchases, uncanceled subscriptions, incurred provider costs and obligations required to survive follow their applicable rules.

You may seek an agreed resolution or lawful remedies through relevant bodies. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow relevant legal rules and applicable Apple licensing terms; these terms do not remove statutory avenues of redress.
