1. 适用范围与运营方1. Scope and operator

1.1 本政策适用于 CoherentStudio（以下简称“我们”）提供的更好读（英文名 Parse）iPhone、iPad App、Safari 扩展及官网。本政策说明本产品如何访问、使用、存储与提供信息；您访问的网站、云盘、Apple 等第三方服务另有各自的隐私规则。功能以您实际安装的已发布版本为准。1.1 This policy covers the Parse iPhone and iPad app, its Safari extension and official website, provided by CoherentStudio (“we”). It explains how the product accesses, uses, stores and discloses information. Websites, cloud providers, Apple and other independent services have their own privacy practices. Features depend on the released version you use.

1.2 使用基本阅读功能无需注册开发者账号。我们不运营集中托管您书库或阅读正文的账号数据库，不接入广告、跨 App 跟踪或第三方行为分析服务。您主动连接第三方服务、发起购买或发送反馈时，仍会发生下文说明的信息处理，不能将“本地优先”理解为所有功能都不联网。1.2 Basic reading does not require a developer-operated account. We do not operate a central account database hosting your library or reading text, or integrate advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral analytics. Connecting a provider, purchasing or sending feedback still involves the processing described below; local-first operation does not mean that every feature is offline.

2. 阅读数据与本机处理2. Reading data and on-device processing

2.1 为提供阅读、书架管理、连续阅读和听书，App 在设备上处理书籍或文章的名称、来源地址、作者、封面、目录、正文、阅读进度、书签、阅读笔记、网站收藏、解析规则、下载记录与阅读偏好。您导入本机、系统文件选择器或云盘中的文件时，还会处理所选文件的名称、类型、内容和必要的目录信息。2.1 To provide reading, library management, continuous reading and listening, the app processes titles, source URLs, authors, covers, chapter lists and text, reading progress, bookmarks, notes, website bookmarks, parsing rules, download records and preferences on your device. Importing from local storage, the system file picker or a cloud drive also involves selected file names, types, content and necessary directory information.

2.2 App 与 Safari 扩展通过系统共享容器交换书架、进度、设置及相关功能所需的数据。这是同一设备上的协作，不是开发者提供的跨设备云同步。通过“文件”导入 iCloud 中的文件，也不代表 App 会将整个书库自动同步到 iCloud。听书使用系统语音合成能力；语音资源的下载和系统服务由 Apple 管理。2.2 The app and Safari extension exchange library data, progress, settings and other necessary information through the system shared container on the same device. This is not developer-operated cross-device cloud synchronization. Importing an iCloud file through Files does not automatically synchronize your library to iCloud. Listening uses system speech synthesis; Apple manages voice-resource downloads and system services.

3. Safari 权限与网页会话3. Safari access and webpage sessions

3.1 在您启用扩展并允许访问的网站上，扩展可读取页面地址、标题、正文、目录、相关链接与页面结构，以完成提取、排版、章节导航和保存。App 内浏览器也会按您打开的页面处理这些信息。我们不将您的浏览历史或阅读正文集中上传给开发者。您保存的阅读条目本身可能包含原始网页地址。3.1 On sites you authorize after enabling the extension, it can read page URLs, titles, text, chapter lists, related links and page structure for extraction, layout, navigation and saving. The in-app browser processes the pages you open in a similar way. We do not centrally upload browsing history or reading text to the developer. Saved reading items may themselves contain source URLs.

3.2 网站可在浏览器中保存 Cookie 和登录会话。为了获取您有权访问的内容，相关请求可能使用与目标网站匹配的会话信息；这些信息不作为反馈自动发给我们。您可在 Safari 的扩展与网站权限设置中限制或撤回访问。撤回会影响该网站上的功能，但不会自动删除已经保存的正文、书架或网站自身保留的数据。3.2 Sites can store cookies and sign-in sessions in browser storage. Requests may use session information matching the destination site to access content you are entitled to read; this information is not automatically sent to us as feedback. Restrict or revoke access in Safari extension and website settings. Revocation affects features on that site but does not automatically delete saved text, library items or data retained by the site.

4. 网络请求与第三方网站4. Network requests and third-party sites

4.1 打开网页、搜索或跳转到外部服务、获取目录、加载封面、检查规则与下载内容时，设备会连接您选择的网站及其必要资源服务器。接收方可能获得请求地址、搜索内容、IP 地址、常规网络标识以及请求所需的认证信息，并按其规则记录访问。第三方页面可能自行加载广告、统计或其他资源，这些不是本网站的统计脚本。4.1 Opening pages, searching or following external services, retrieving chapter lists, loading covers, checking rules and downloading content connects your device to selected sites and necessary resource servers. Recipients may receive requested URLs, search queries, IP addresses, ordinary network identifiers and required authentication information, and log access under their own rules. Third-party pages may load their own advertising, analytics or other resources.

4.2 我们仅为完成您请求的功能使用相关信息。请核实网站和服务地址，并优先使用 HTTPS；您自行配置的 HTTP 服务可能无法保护传输内容。第三方服务可能在其他国家或地区处理数据，其保留、删除与安全措施由该服务决定；我们不承诺第三方“零保留”。依法需要告知、单独同意或履行跨境程序的处理，应在相关处理前完成。4.2 We use relevant information to perform the features you request. Verify destinations and prefer HTTPS; a configured HTTP service may not protect data in transit. Providers may process information in other countries and apply their own retention, deletion and security practices. We do not guarantee third-party zero retention. Required notices, separate consent and international-transfer procedures must be completed before relevant processing.

5. 云盘、书库与局域网连接5. Cloud drives, libraries and local networks

5.1 您主动配置 WebDAV、OPDS、SMB/CIFS 或已提供的云盘连接后，App 会为验证连接、列出目录和下载或导入所选文件，处理服务器地址、账户标识、目录、文件元数据和文件内容。连接局域网书库或 NAS 时，系统可能请求本地网络权限。拒绝该权限或不连接云盘，不影响不依赖这些服务的阅读功能。5.1 When you configure WebDAV, OPDS, SMB/CIFS or an available cloud-drive connection, the app processes server addresses, account identifiers, directories, file metadata and content to verify access, list folders and download or import chosen files. Connecting to a local library or NAS may require local-network permission. Declining that permission or cloud access does not prevent reading that does not depend on those services.

5.2 您填写的连接凭据，以及 OAuth 访问令牌和刷新令牌，使用设备 Keychain 保存，以支持后续认证。采用第三方登录时，账户密码由服务商的授权页面处理，App 不要求将该密码交给开发者。请求通常从设备直接发往所选服务；若某项配置使用您指定的令牌交换后端，该后端也会接收完成交换所需的授权码或令牌等信息，请核实其运营者和隐私规则。5.2 Connection credentials and OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in the device Keychain for authentication. Provider sign-in handles passwords through its authorization page; the app does not ask you to give the developer that password. Requests normally go directly from your device to the selected provider. If a configuration uses a token-exchange backend you specify, that backend also receives authorization codes or tokens needed for the exchange. Verify its operator and privacy practices.

6. Google Drive 的专项说明6. Google Drive disclosures

6.1 连接 Google Drive 是可选功能。Google 登录组件可能处理经授权的账户标识、姓名、邮箱、头像等基本账户资料，以完成登录和识别账户。Parse 申请 Drive 只读访问（drive.readonly）；该权限的技术范围允许读取授权账户的 Drive 文件，并非只对一个选中文件生效。实际功能用于您浏览目录时获取文件名称、标识、类型、大小等元数据，以及下载或导入您选择的文件，不申请通过 Drive API 新建、修改或删除文件的权限。6.1 Google Drive is optional. Google Sign-In may process authorized identifiers, names, email addresses, photos and basic account information to authenticate and identify an account. Parse requests read-only Drive access (drive.readonly). This scope technically permits reading files in the authorized account, not just a single selected file. The feature retrieves metadata such as names, identifiers, types and sizes when you browse folders, and downloads or imports files you choose. It does not request Drive API permissions to create, modify or delete files.

6.2 Google API 数据仅用于上述用户可见的连接、文件浏览、导入和阅读功能。我们不出售这些数据，不将其用于广告、用户画像或训练通用 AI 模型，也不将其发送给广告平台或数据经纪人。我们不会在后台人工阅读您的 Drive 文件；只有您主动提供材料以获得支持，或适用规则允许的安全与法律处理等必要情况，才在相应范围内处理收到的材料。6.2 Google API data is used only for the user-facing connection, file browsing, import and reading features described above. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, profiling or training general-purpose AI models, or send it to advertising platforms or data brokers. We do not routinely have humans read your Drive files. Materials you voluntarily provide for support, and necessary security or legal processing permitted by applicable rules, are handled only within the relevant scope.

6.3 Parse 对通过 Google API 获得的信息的使用和向其他应用转移，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的 Limited Use 要求。您可在 App 中移除云端连接，并在 Google 账户的第三方连接设置中撤销授权。移除连接或撤销授权不会自动删除已经导入本机的文件；本机副本需另行删除。6.3 Parse’s use and transfer to other apps of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Remove the connection in the app and revoke access in your Google Account third-party connections. Disconnecting or revoking access does not automatically erase files already imported to your device; delete local copies separately.

7. 自定义规则与 AI 辅助解析7. Custom rules and AI-assisted parsing

7.1 当前 AI 辅助解析流程在本机生成提示词，供您自行复制或导出给所选 AI，再导入返回的规则。材料可能包含网站地址、标题、正文样本和您主动采集的精简 HTML。App 不会因为您进入此功能而自动将这些材料上传给 AI 服务。复制、分享或导出前，请检查是否含有账户信息、个人资料、认证内容或未经授权的作品。7.1 The current AI-assisted workflow builds prompts locally for you to copy or export to an AI service you choose, then import its returned rules. Materials may contain site URLs, titles, text samples and simplified HTML you deliberately capture. Opening this feature does not automatically upload those materials to an AI provider. Before copying, sharing or exporting, check for account information, personal data, authentication material or works you are not authorized to share.

7.2 您向外部 AI、其他应用或分享目标提供的内容，随后由相应接收方按其规则处理。我们不能撤回已发送的内容，也不能保证其不用于训练或不被保留。导入的规则可能指定网络请求地址，请核实来源和内容；不要导入不可信规则。7.2 When you give material to an external AI, another app or a sharing destination, that recipient subsequently handles it under its own rules. We cannot recall submitted content or guarantee exclusion from training or retention. Imported rules may specify network destinations. Check their origin and content, and avoid untrusted rules.

8. 购买与权益信息8. Purchases and entitlements

8.1 订阅与一次性买断由 Apple StoreKit 处理支付。App 在设备上读取商品、价格、交易验证结果、到期时间和权益状态，以提供购买、恢复与付费功能，并在本机保存必要的权益记录。我们不通过 App 接收银行卡资料或 Apple 账户密码，也不会将阅读正文、云盘密码或令牌附加到购买请求。Apple 自身的交易、报表与诊断处理适用其政策。8.1 Apple StoreKit handles subscription and one-time purchase payments. The app reads product details, prices, verified transaction results, expiry and entitlement status on your device to enable purchases, restoration and paid features, and retains necessary entitlement records locally. We do not receive card details or Apple Account passwords through the app, or attach reading text, cloud passwords or tokens to purchase requests. Apple’s transaction, reporting and diagnostics practices follow its own policies.

9. 诊断与主动反馈9. Diagnostics and voluntary feedback

9.1 为排查阅读、扩展通信与下载问题，App 和扩展可在本地保留操作类型、时间、状态、耗时、计数及去标识化的条目标识等运行事件，按时间和容量限制滚动维护。诊断导出还可能包含 App 版本、构建号、系统版本与共享容器状态。这些本地日志不会自动上传给我们；您可使用可用的日志清理和导出入口管理。云端任务记录或第三方错误也可能含有文件名或请求背景，分享前请检查。9.1 To diagnose reading, extension communication and downloads, the app and extension may retain local events such as operation types, times, status, duration, counts and pseudonymized item identifiers, maintained under time and size limits. Diagnostic exports may also include app/build and system versions and shared-container status. These logs are not automatically uploaded to us. Use available log cleanup and export controls. Cloud-task records or provider errors may contain file names or request context; review them before sharing.

9.2 反馈邮件只有在您确认发送后才交给邮件服务与我们。我们会收到发件邮箱、您编辑的内容和附件；预填内容可包括 App 版本、构建号、设备型号和系统版本。收到的信息用于回复、排查和必要的服务记录，在目的完成后删除不再需要的信息，法律要求保留或持续处理争议的情况除外。请勿发送密码、Cookie、令牌或不必要的私人正文。9.2 Feedback is sent to your mail service and us only when you confirm sending. We receive your sender address, edited message and attachments; prefilled details may include app/build versions, device model and system version. We use received information to respond, troubleshoot and maintain necessary service records, deleting unneeded information once those purposes end, subject to legal retention and ongoing disputes. Do not send passwords, cookies, tokens or unnecessary private text.

10. 存储期限、删除与撤销授权10. Retention, deletion and revocation

10.1 阅读资料、导入文件及配置主要保存在设备的应用存储、共享容器或 Safari 扩展存储中，部分数据有本地恢复副本。您可管理书架、书签、笔记与规则，并通过存储管理清理缓存、下载或本机数据。具体清理范围以操作提示为准；清理普通阅读数据不应被视为已删除独立保存的所有云盘凭据、Safari Cookie 或系统备份。10.1 Reading material, imported files and settings are mainly stored in app storage, the shared container or Safari extension storage, with local recovery copies for some data. Manage library items, bookmarks, notes and rules, and use storage controls for caches, downloads or device data. Check each action’s stated scope. Clearing ordinary reading data should not be treated as erasing every independently stored cloud credential, Safari cookie or system backup.

10.2 停止云端连接时，请在云端服务管理中移除相关配置，并到服务商账户中撤销授权或更改已泄露的密码。卸载 App 不等同于撤销服务商授权、取消订阅或删除其他位置的副本；Keychain、Safari 数据、第三方服务器及设备备份可能独立保留。我们不掌握您完整的本地书库，无法远程替您删除本机或第三方已经收到的数据。10.2 To stop a cloud connection, remove its configuration in cloud-service management and revoke authorization in the provider account or change exposed passwords. Uninstalling is not the same as revoking provider access, canceling subscriptions or deleting copies elsewhere. Keychain items, Safari data, provider servers and device backups may retain information independently. We do not hold your full local library and cannot remotely erase your device or data already received by third parties.

11. 您的权利与选择11. Your rights and choices

11.1 您可查看、修改或删除本机数据，限制网站和本地网络权限，并选择不连接云盘、不导出 AI 材料或不发送反馈。若希望访问、更正、复制或删除您通过反馈等方式提供给我们的个人信息，或撤回基于同意的处理、提出隐私投诉，请联系 CoherentStudio@hotmail.com。我们会依法在规定期限内处理，必要时仅请求与核实身份相称的信息；无法办理时会说明原因。11.1 You can view, change or delete local data, limit website and local-network access, and decline cloud connections, AI-material exports or feedback. To access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information you provided to us, withdraw consent-based processing or raise a privacy complaint, contact CoherentStudio@hotmail.com. We will handle requests within applicable legal periods, request proportionate identity verification when necessary, and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled.

11.2 撤回同意不影响此前已合法进行的处理；停止某项处理可能影响依赖该信息的功能。法律规定的披露、保护合法权益所必需的处理，以及依法需要事先取得您明确同意的处理，将分别按其适用条件办理。11.2 Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. Stopping processing may affect dependent features. Legally required disclosures, processing necessary to protect lawful rights, and processing requiring prior explicit consent are each handled under their applicable conditions.

12. 安全与未成年人12. Security and minors

12.1 我们使用系统应用隔离、权限管理、Keychain 与诊断字段过滤等措施，限制不必要的数据访问与传输，但不能保证不存在任何安全风险。请保护设备、凭据和导出文件。若发生与我们处理活动有关的信息泄露、篡改或丢失，我们将依法采取补救措施，并按要求通知受影响个人及有关机构。12.1 We use system app isolation, permissions, Keychain and diagnostic-field filtering to limit unnecessary access and transmission, but cannot guarantee elimination of all security risk. Protect your device, credentials and exports. For information breaches, alteration or loss connected with our processing, we will take remedial measures and notify affected people and competent bodies as required by law.

12.2 未成年人应满足 App Store 及所连接服务的年龄要求，在法律要求时取得监护人同意，并在监护指导下选择内容和购买。请勿在反馈中提供不必要的儿童个人信息；发现未经必要授权提供给我们的相关信息时，请联系我们依法处理。12.2 Minors must meet App Store and connected-service age requirements, obtain guardian consent where legally required, and choose content and purchases with guardian guidance. Do not provide unnecessary children’s personal information in feedback. Contact us about such information provided without required authorization so we can address it under applicable law.

13. 官网、政策更新与联系13. Website, updates and contact

13.1 官网 parse.bycoherent.cn 不使用广告或行为分析脚本，仅通过浏览器本地存储记住语言选择。GitHub Pages 为托管、安全及运行可能处理 IP 地址等访问日志，详见 GitHub 隐私声明。外部链接由对应服务独立处理。13.1 The official parse.bycoherent.cn website has no advertising or behavioral-analytics scripts and uses browser local storage to remember language preferences. GitHub Pages may process IP addresses and access logs for hosting, security and operation; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. External links are handled by their respective services.

13.2 政策更新会标明版本和日期。涉及处理目的、方式、信息类别或接收方等重大变化时，我们会适当告知，并在法律要求时于处理前重新或单独取得同意，不以继续使用替代必要的明确同意。运营方：CoherentStudio；隐私与服务联系邮箱：CoherentStudio@hotmail.com。13.2 Updates show a version and date. Material changes to purposes, methods, information categories or recipients will be appropriately notified, with renewed or separate consent before processing where required.
